A collaboration built around a shared love for design and detail
Good news for those who like their cars fast and their coffee strong. Porsche and La Marzocco have joined forces to create a limited-edition espresso machine, modelled after La Marzocco’s Linea Micra. This exclusive machine is available in only 911 units – a nod to Porsche’s own legendary 911 series. It’s offered in Slate Grey Neo and a Martini Racing-inspired design that pays homage to Porsche’s 1973 Targa Florio-winning 911 Carrera RSR. This collaboration is Porsche’s way of blending iconic motorsport heritage with the art of Italian coffee.
According to Porsche’s Brand Management Director, the partnership thrives on both brands’ shared love for design, quality, and detail. La Marzocco’s Chief Marketing Officer, Chris Salierno, sees the collaboration as a way to unite two dedicated customer bases, combining classic Italian coffee culture with Porsche’s unmistakable style and heritage.
Iconic Porsche design elements
Porsche’s influence is clear in the machine’s thoughtful design. The steam and hot water twist handles mirror Porsche’s drive mode switch, and the magnetic drip tray and cup warmer draw on Porsche’s 911 GT3 Touring Package colour scheme. Anodised aluminium and black hexagon socket screws add sleek, high-performance touches that take inspiration from Porsche’s automotive craftsmanship.
Crafted for precision coffee making
True to Porsche and La Marzocco standards, this limited-edition Linea Micra is more than just good looks. It’s built with dual boilers, allowing precise control over brewing temperature and steam pressure. The La Marzocco Home app provides additional control, letting users schedule start times and fine-tune settings. It’s the ultimate espresso machine for those who want the best of form and function, complete with a two-litre water tank and an option for a direct water connection.
For those looking to purchase, it’s available at select Porsche Centres, Porsche’s online store, and Porsche Design locations. Complete the look with La Marzocco’s matching espresso accessories, including an electric grinder and custom cups.
The La Marzocco legacy
Since 1927, La Marzocco has crafted espresso machines with innovation and artistry, starting with the first horizontal boiler in 1939. Each machine is handmade, embodying nearly a century of Italian coffee tradition. This collaboration with Porsche brings two powerhouse brands together, celebrating shared values of precision and design excellence.
