It is said that the purposeful destruction of design is the essence of intelligent work, which is a notion supported by this elegant new home in Mallorca by local firm OHLAB.

Mallorca attracts the attention of holiday-goers for all the right reasons and the MM House is another jewel in the isle’s glistening crown. Nestled gently within a hillside in Palma, the minimal all-white façade creates a clean contrast to the natural, rocky and verdant surroundings of where it sits.

The natural sloping site allow the home to make the most of the different viewpoints across the vernacular with the individual white blocks all orientated towards different perspectives for their own unique outpost. The four stepped boxed can be used independently or together and each is placed carefully on the ground and rotated to remain independent and unique depending on which one you reside in.
