It's no secret that here at OPUMO, we simply can't get enough of Neutrale — a Madrid-based brand that specialises in sustainably-made staples inspired by the unique beauty of the Mediterranean. As if the clothing wasn't enough, the Neutrale team has now given us even more reason to love them. They've recently opened Casa Neutrale, a café in Madrid that follows the same principles as the Neutrale brand, by "embodying the Mediterranean lifestyle through meticulous craft and taste, with a clear and authentic point of view".

In keeping with the Neutrale ethos, Casa Neutrale is a stripped-back minimalist haven that's characterised by neutral tones, natural materials (including sufficient greenery) and a welcoming atmosphere. The menu showcases locally sourced ingredients and fresh flavours. You'll find specialty coffee roasted locally in Madrid by Toma Café, alongside freshly baked sweet pastries and larger plates like a tuna belly sandwich, Mallorcan salad and figs and blue cheese on toast. A selection of natural wines and vermouths is guaranteed to make you linger longer than you intended. But we can guarantee that's for the best.
